• David E. Lowe's practice is primarily focused in the area of domestic relations. He has significant experience counseling clients on a wide variety of domestic relations issues including the division of marital assets, valuation of businesses, valuation of pension and retirement benefits, spousal support, and child custody. David is board certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the area of Family Law. He is also a fellow with the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
• David also practices in the area of insurance defense. He has significant experience as a civil trial attorney.
• David has received the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has received the distinction of being named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law and Politics.
• David was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1970. He graduated from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law (1970) and John Carroll University (A.B. 1959). David joined the firm in 1973 and has been a partner since 1976.
• David is a resident of Chardon.
