Kelly A. Slattery

Kelly handles a variety of issues for business clients, including general corporate transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, sales, financing, and assisting with complex business litigation. She also counsels clients concerning business formation and organization.
Kelly assists individuals in the development and implementation of estate plans and tax planning matters. She also provides comprehensive probate and trust administration.
Kelly joined the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2011. She is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law (magna cum laude, order of the coif 2002) and University of Notre Dame (B.A., psychology and computer applications magna cum laude 1999).
Kelly served as a former member of the Board of Directors of Project Love Remember the Children Foundation. Kelly also served as the Treasurer and as a past member of the Board of Directors of Friends of CASA for Kids of Geauga County.
Kelly is a resident of Burton.
