• Lynn B. Schwartz predominately practices in the area of family law.  Her experiences encompass all aspects of domestic relations law including divorce and dissolution, property division, spousal support, child support and custody/visitation matters.
• Trained in mediation, Lynn can assist divorcing couples in resolving their disputes.
• Lynn is also trained in the area of collaborative law in which domestic relations matters are handled outside the litigation setting.
• Lynn also has worked as guardian ad litem in court advocating for the best interests of children involved in custody disputes.
• Lynn was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1991 and joined firm in 2005.  She graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (1990), Northwestern University (1980), and State University of New York at Potsdam (1978).
• Lynn is a resident of Newbury.
