• Matthew J. Dolan represents business clients in a variety of civil litigation matters as well as considerable experience with real estate matters, including zoning and land use issues, and municipal law issues.
• Matt also handles criminal defense matters; he is a former Assistant Geauga County Prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General.
• Matt currently serves in the Ohio General Assembly as the State Representative for the 98th District, which includes all of Geauga County and parts of Cuyahoga County.
• Matt joined the firm in 1997 and became a Principal in 2001.
• Matt is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D. 1990) and Boston College (A.B. History 1987).
