Brandon D. R. Dynes
Principal
Brandon Dynes has extensive legal experience spanning litigation, corporate law, and public sector service. He has served as trial counsel for Nationwide Insurance as well as numerous other insurers and self-insured corporations. In addition, he acts as general corporate counsel for privately held companies, advising on a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Dynes also has significant experience in public law, serving as law director for various municipal and public entities. He currently serves as an acting judge for the Painesville Municipal Court and provides legal counsel and/or serves as law director for multiple organizations, including the City of Mentor, the Lake Development Authority (formerly the Lake County Port and Economic Development Authority), Laketran Regional Transit Agency, Concord Township, Madison Fire District, and the Ashtabula County Commissioners.
In addition to his corporate and public sector work, he represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters.
