Bridey Matheney

Principal


Bridey advises and counsels clients on a wide variety of issues, including municipal and public law, land use planning, and real estate and zoning law. She advises an array of clients on such matters, including builders, real estate developers, counties, villages, and townships, and appears before planning commissions, zoning boards of appeals, township trustees and councils throughout northern Ohio. Bridey currently serves as Law Director for the Village of Chagrin Falls, the Solicitor for the Village of South Russell, and provides general counsel services to Concord Township and the Village of Burton, as well as other public and private entities.  She also practices in the areas of administrative law, corporate law, and employment law and represents property owners in real property tax reduction appeals.   Bridey’s practice also involves civil litigation on a host of issues confronted by individuals and businesses.  When she is not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her family.
